Vision Totale provides photography, company films, interviews, social content, property media, drone work, wedding and event coverage, post-production and digital creation. Techniques, locations, quantities, formats and deadlines are specified for each project.
Service pages describe our offering. A listed service does not guarantee date availability or the feasibility of a particular shot. The accepted quotation and applicable mandatory rules define the contractual commitment.
05Photography, films and intellectual property
Photographs, films, text, graphics and trademarks remain protected by their owners’ rights. Browsing this site grants no commercial reproduction, resale or campaign-use rights. Statutory exceptions remain applicable.
The portfolio presents the projects identified there. Some service-page photographs are licensed presentation imagery; their presence alone does not identify a commission performed for the depicted location or person. Rights in commissioned deliverables are set out in the quotation and agreed terms.
06Image rights and reporting
If you appear in a photograph or video and wish to discuss its use, send us the relevant link and enough detail to locate the sequence. We assess the applicable rights, any permission, the publication purpose and your request. Identity evidence is requested only where reasonably necessary.
